Gurugram: Emaar India, the Indian arm of Dubai-based Emaar Properties, has announced a significant investment of ₹1,600 crore to develop a luxury residential project in Gurugram. The project, named Emaar Serenity Hills, will be built on 26 acres in Sector 86, New Gurugram, and will feature approximately 1,000 premium apartments.


The project will be launched in multiple phases. The first phase includes seven high-rise towers offering 3BHK and 4BHK apartments in Gurugram, with most units being 3BHKs. The 4BHK apartments will have a carpet area of 1,576 sq. ft., 430 sq. ft. balconies, and parking space for three cars. The larger 3BHK units will offer 1,219 sq. ft. of carpet area with 318 sq. ft. of balconies, while the smaller 3BHK units will have 948 sq. ft. of carpet area and 235 sq. ft. of balconies.


Speaking about the project, Kalyan Chakrabarti, CEO of Emaar India, said, "Serenity Hills is designed as a peaceful and luxurious community within New Gurugram. Residents will enjoy modern living surrounded by green spaces, quality architecture, and world-class amenities. This project reflects Emaar's commitment to redefining premium living in India."


The company stated that apartment prices in Serenity Hills will range from ₹3 crore to ₹5.7 crore per unit. The project is expected to be completed within five years.


Emaar Serenity Hills will provide residents with more than 1 lakh sq. ft. of amenities. The highlight is a 65,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that will include spaces for leisure, wellness, and entertainment. Other facilities will include swimming pools, gyms, landscaped gardens, and multipurpose lounges, making it a complete lifestyle destination.
